Human Trafficking Awareness Event - St. Mary's and Calvert

The month of January is designated for National Awareness for Human Trafficking.  Unstoppable You Ministries have collaborated with several organizations in 3 locations to host free public Human Trafficking Awareness events. Registration required.  See attached flyers.

Event Description:

A screening of the documentary Blind Eyes Opened.  This documentary  features the stories of six courageous women who were trafficked in America. While their experiences are difficult to hear, their testimonies are full of hope. This documentary is rated PG-13.  After the documentary, we will have an open dialogue to further bring the community together with local resources.  

They will have bags of red sand available in support of the Red Sand Project.  The Red Sand Project is a creative way to spark the conversation centered around human trafficking, that more than 40 million people around the world experience.
