Wanted: Volunteers and lots & lots of candy
Halloween lovers, unite! The CCDWC will have a trick-or-treat booth at Halloween in the Garden again this year. Here's your chance to dress up, hand out candy to the kids, and let Calvert County families know we're here for them!
There will be timed-ticket entry for everyone, including infants and toddlers; no admissions will be sold at the gate. Masks are not required outdoors but are required inside buildings. Please see the Annmarie Garden web site for more details on this year's safety protocol.
We need at least 4,000 pieces of candy!!!
If you can donate candy, you may drop off to Cindy Yoe (in Prince Frederick off Stoakley Road) or Jeanette Flaim (in Chesapeake Beach or she will pick it up); please email them for details.
You may also drop off candy at Dream Weaver, 114 Solomons Island Rd N, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, during their business hours, Mon-Sat 8:00am-3:00pm and Sun 8:00am-2:00pm.
We will need volunteers to decorate and staff the booth, including setup/takedown. Sign up here:
