    Calvert Democrats have teamed up to collect food donations for End Hunger Calvert CountyThe Democratic Club and Democratic Women's Club have started a friendly rivalry to see who can donate more, so be sure to bring your donations to the next meetings.


    End Hunger

     

     

    Along with these items, the End Hunger Warehouse also needs:

    Baking supplies: sugar, flour, salt, baking soda/powder
    Cooking supplies: salt, pepper, spices, oils
    Hygiene items: toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, shampoo, feminine hygiene products
    Shaving supplies: razors, shave cream/gels
    Paper supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, napkins

    Please help us to End Hunger in Calvert County by bringing these items to Adam's Taphouse on the evenings of the first Tuesday of each month for the Democratic Women's Club Meetings, or the fourth Tuesday each month for the Democratic Club Meetings.

    Or, you can drop your donations off at our office: 250 Merrimac Court, Prince Frederick. The office is staffed Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 12:30 to 3:00 pm.

    The Board of County Commissioners relies on the input from citizen volunteer advisors to make decisions. If you want to influence local county government, but don't want to run for office, this is an excellent way to ensure our county reflects your values.
